Lockdown stuff🙄

Hola!

I can't believe the fact that I spent 3 months staying at home..

That's the longest I've stayed at home!

Anyways, In this blog I will be writing about some new things I learnt..

And pros and cons of the lockdown and staying at home.

New skills:

*I started a blog!!!

And I learnt a lot by it!

*I started learning Mandarin Chinese.

*I am doing a workout to do the splits! ( A gymnastics skill)

*I don't remember the other things, so let's move on.

Pros and Cons.

Pros:

You get to learn in your PJ's!

Online classes start late!

(Like, if I go to school, classes start at 8:30, but my online classes only start by noon!)

You get less homework.

You can have movie marathons!

You can do anything!

Cons:

You have online classes.

You get lots of homework.

You cannot go out of your house.

You cannot see your friends.

You can't go to school😢

I love going to school.

That's it!

I have a question!

Would you rather stay in lockdown for 1 more month and do whatever you want,

                         Or

Would you rather go to school/college/work next week?

I would totally go to school.

But I really hope that this virus goes away quickly 😔🤞🤞🤞

Hi!

What is your favourite kind of music?

 I really like pop music. 
I am not a big fan of  rap though.

I really love listening to the band 'One Direction' . Although the band broke up 5 years ago, the 1D fandom is still alive.
I'd say that this fandom is immortal.

I also like listening to instrumental tunes and classical instruments like the piano 🎹 and the violin.🎻

My top 4 favorite music artists are : 

One direction 😍.

Justin Bieber.
Shawn Mendez.

WHY ALGEBRA?

Hey!

I haven’t been posting in a while, but here I am!

You have been studying algebra from the start of middle school [ probably] ...

But have you ever wondered why?🤔

Today, I will be sharing my thoughts about this.

Almost everything we study in mathematics is applicable in real life, for instance; addition, division, fractions, decimals etc.

 But not really algebra.

So why do we learn algebra?

I did some “research” and found out that sometimes, we DO use algebra in real life without realizing it!

 #1 while cooking.

#2 technologies.

#3 logical thinking.

#4 fitness. Etc.

an amazing discovery!

Hey readers!

A few days ago, I made an amazing discovery! [not really…]

I’ve always wondered how the light in the fridge turns off when I close it, if you have too, then keep reading to find out!

I slowly close the fridge door to see the light turning off, but then I noticed a small projection on the fridge’s door, and close to it a saw something like a tiny button. When I pressed that button, the light turned off!

I am fascinated by silly things like this, but I felt like I accomplished a quest or something!😅

Here is the “scientific explanation” …...

first ever poems i wrote.

Hello readers!

In this blog, I will be sharing two poems, that I wrote back in fifth grade.

I went out on a one-day camp-out with my school.

[I will write a blog about the camp later]

At night, I wasn’t feeling sleepy. So, I and my two other friends talked for a bit. [ I made a few new friends at the camp]. 

Then, outside the tent, I noticed the beautiful sky, with lots of twinkling stars, it was the most mesmerizing view of the sky I had ever seen. I showed my friends, we put our pillows, such that we could do some star gazing.

That’s when I quickly grabbed my pen and started writing. In the end, it turned out as a poem! I showed It to the teachers, and they said that it was awesome! I looked back at the poem; it was actually pretty good!

 I wrote another one.

Down below, I have edited the poems I wrote; 

                                     STARS.

As I wonder looking at the sky,

ORIGINAL POEM

Thoughts are filled in my mind.

I saw a beautiful shooting star, but

it vanished. I was deep in thought…

will I find my true passion? Will I really follow it?

Just then, my thoughts started disappearing;

As a furious wind hit our tent.

Today was great, I hope everyday will be.

Bye, bye for now, I gotta go to sleep!

I looked back at this poem yesterday, and I was quite surprised!

This is the second poem I wrote…

 ORIGINAL.

                                   ONE SHINE.

As I was gazing at the sky,

I saw a star shine. The brightest shine.

I imagined it was me, I hope I would shine like that star

one day; but even brighter, as I would prove

I’m a smart worker.

You see, these aren’t actually the original verses, I edited them .
